Active leaks, frozen plumbing, GFCI faults, and "no heat in winter" calls are prioritized — dispatch can usually get a tech rolling within an hour in covered metros. After-hours rates are disclosed when you call, and an on-site flat-rate written estimate is always provided before any billable work begins.
